Thrift Haul!
Went to a local thrift store on a whim, and boy was that a great choice! Because it was the last Saturday of the month, everything was half off too, so I even picked a great day! Everything here was $2-6 dollars. If you are on the hunt for blazers or for those flowy, button-up blouses, I would definitely check out your local thrift store first. Also found some Steve Madden flats, an adorable maxi skirt, and you can’t really tell but that black sweater is a Gap cardigan. I also got a super awesome gold necklace/choker, shown on that light pink button up, though it looks kind of white in the picture. What I love about the fashion that’s in season now is that a lot of the pieces can be found second-hand at thrift stores. I guess fashion really does go in a cycle!

1. Expectations = disappointment.
2. Actions speak louder than words.
3. Don’t continue to keep giving more than you receive.
Do I sound bitter? Probably. My feelings may change but right now I need a way to beat this frustration.

Woke up to an email
from my boyfriend. He’s pledging for a business frat right now, and he has to send a lot professional emails. He sent me one all in business format, but said the sweetest things. I admit that this whole process is affecting me too, and it’s not that easy. I love and support him nonetheless, and knowing that he sees that and appreciates it, and knowing how much he really loves me makes it easier. <3

To all my followers, new and old
thank you so, so much for following my Tumblr! It really means a lot to know that people share similar interests with me and like what I post. Makes me feel not so alone? Idk if that’s weird or not haha.
Also, I really, really thank those of you who reach out to me when I post depressing personal posts…it’s nice to know that although we are like strangers, people care. I just want to let you guys know if you are going through anything, any hardships, etc. and you need someone to talk to, I’ll be here. Just send me a message and I’ll do my best to help.
